The 2018 Theun-Hinboun Golf Tournament is held both to raise money for two selected charities, and to celebrate the 20th anniversary of operations at THPC.
Golfers from government ministries and agencies, private companies are invited to play along with general amateur players. Timing is as follows:
- Saturday, January 27 2018
- Long Thanh-Vientiane Golf Club
- 7 am Shotgun Start – please be at the club for registration before 6.30 am
- Lunch is provided at the club’s Mallika Restaurant
Fees
700,000 kip/person or 4,200,000 kip/flight (6 golfers)
Tournament fees may be paid in advance at the THPC office, or at the event though the registration desk.

All fees paid by players in the golf tournament will be donated to the two charities selected as beneficiaries. No deduction is made – all expenses associated with the tournament and its organisation are borne by THPC.
The Lao Chess Federation will use the money raised to support chess competitions for young people nationwide. The Lao Blind School will use the donation to support blind children.
Various trophies are will be awarded for flight winners, runners up and spot prizes and all golfers will receive various golf accessories donated by THPC.
